Steps to Your Screening
Reserve Your Date(s)
Submit a booking request form below with your preferred 10-day, one-time license or your 30-day subscription (updated film program each month). We’ll confirm availability within 3 business days.
50% Deposit to Secure License
Once dates are confirmed, we’ll send a simple agreement and invoice. A 50% deposit secures your license and any optional add-ons (like the custom intro video). This ensures your program is reserved and production begins.
Receive Materials & Prep Your Event
You’ll receive a downloadable screening file, digital assets (poster, stills, etc.), and your custom intro (if selected) at least one week before your start date.
Final Payment Due Before Launch
The remaining balance is due 3 days before your first screening date.
