LODGING:
We have limited lodging for filmmakers, so priority will be given to filmmakers traveling from outside of the United States. Lodging may include hotels, discounts to hotels, and staying with host families in the region.
Update about the filmmakers’ lodging situation: It turns out that due to the “wine crush” season (the harvest of the local wineries), it has been exceedingly difficult to secure lodging. Any lodging deals that may arise will come sometime in the three weeks prior to the festival. We apologize for the inconvenience.
BEST TOWNS FOR LODGING: Healdsburg, Geyserville, Windsor, Guerneville, Santa Rosa, Rohnert Park, Sebastopol, Guerneville, Cotati, Geyserville, Petaluma, Cloverdale
But if you can make it out, it will be a delight for the festival and audiences.
AIRPORTS:
CLOSEST INTERNATIONAL AIRPORTS: SAN FRANCISCO (SFO) or OAKLAND (OAK) These airports are about 1.5 hours drive from the theater.
CLOSEST LOCAL AIRPORT: SANTA ROSA (STS) This airport is about a 20-minute drive from the theater.
GROUND TRANSPORTATION:
Transportation options are limited, so we recommend travel by car. Since we are an emerging festival, we are not currently set up to cover transportation.
